BRAD is hiring for a pool Mentor Coach position.
In this position, you will be working directly with teachers to help them set goals for their students and guide them in the right direction toward achieving those goals.
You will be helping teachers realize their own strengths and how to take pride in their accomplishments. By instilling this mindset, you will set them on the path to future leadership roles.
You will be building bonds with teachers while linking them with resources within the community.
